Every zone is scaled and equipped for a specific stage, so younger children are not overwhelmed and older children are not bored.
Infants · 0–12 months
Soft, contained areas for the very smallest visitors. $8 per hour—and completely free when accompanying a sibling paying full admission.

Low arches, gentle slides and steps built for wobbly first climbers. From $18 for the first weekday hour, $16 for each hour after.

Bigger structures, exciting challenges and plenty of room to run—plus video games, arcade favourites and air hockey. From $24 for the first weekday hour and $22 for each additional hour.

We validate memberships and passes at the desk, so bring photo ID if you are visiting on a membership.

Additional hours are charged at the lower add-on rate, so staying longer always costs less per hour.

Before you arrive
Supervision
An adult must stay on site and actively supervise their children for the whole visit. One adult per child is included free; extra adults are $5 each.
Grip Socks Required
The Real Play Co. is a socks-only facility. For safe and comfortable play, all children are required to wear grip socks. Forgot to bring a pair? Grip socks are available for purchase at reception.
Food & Drink
Our café is open throughout your visit, and members receive 10% off every order. Outside food and drinks are not permitted unless you are hosting a birthday party with us.
Re-entry
Please speak to our team at the desk if you need to step out during your session.

Open play FAQs
For everyone's safety and comfort, children must wear grip socks in the play areas. This rule supports safe play, cleanliness, and our insurance requirements. Children without grip socks cannot enter the play areas.
You're welcome to bring your own grip socks, though we cannot verify their grip or condition. If you forget a pair, grip socks are available for purchase on site for $5.99.
Adults must remove outdoor shoes before entering a play area. Bare feet are not permitted; adults must wear regular socks.
Yes — free parking on site.
Booking ahead is the surest way to get the time you want, particularly at weekends and during school holidays.
Yes. Every child aged 0–12 needs a signed waiver before playing. You can complete it during online booking to make check-in quicker when you arrive.
Final Sale: All general admission tickets and play passes purchased online or at The Real Play Co. are final sale and non-refundable.
No Transfers or Exchanges: Tickets and play passes cannot be transferred, exchanged, or credited once they have been purchased, used or the scheduled play session has begun.
