Disclaimer: Each party package includes one accompanying adult per child. Additional adults are $5 per person and must be included in the final guest count. Additional attendance is subject to party-room and venue capacity. Seating is not guaranteed for additional adults.
Your 2 hours
Every party follows the same clear schedule, so you know exactly what is happening and when.
On arrival
When you arrive, your party room will be clean and prepared with the table settings in place. Simply drop off your cake and bags, add your finishing touches and get ready to celebrate.
First hour
Guests head onto the play floor with full admission included for the whole 2 hours.
Midway
Move into your room when the food and cake is being served by you.
At the end
Once the celebration ends, simply gather your presents and any décor you brought with you. We'll take care of disposing of the garbage and cleaning the party room.
Timings are indicative and flexible — tell us if you would rather eat earlier or play longer. The 2-hour window and its inclusions are fixed.

Questions
For individual play visits, you're welcome to bring packaged, nut-free snacks. For birthday parties, you may bring your own food and cake, as long as everything is nut-free. Please help us keep shared spaces tidy and be mindful of other families. The Real Play Co. is a nut-free indoor playground.
Yes! You're welcome to bring your own decorations. Please set them up during your two-hour party time and take them with you when you leave. Any decorations left behind will be discarded.
Cancel 7 or more days before your event: you'll receive a refund of 50% of your deposit. The remaining 50% can be applied as a credit toward a future booking within 12 months, subject to availability.
Cancel less than 7 days before your event: deposit payments are non-refundable, but any amount already paid can be applied as a credit toward a future booking within 12 months, subject to availability.
All cancellation and change requests must be submitted in writing to info@therealplayco.com. The Real Play Co. is not responsible for cancellations, fees, or lost deposits involving outside vendors.
