Children from 0 to 12 years. Our play areas are grouped into infants (0–12 months), toddlers (1–3 years) and adventurers (4–12 years).

Yes. If you are 13 years and older, you will be charged adult pricing. For safety reasons, children 13 and over are not permitted on the play structures. Our play structures are specifically designed to provide a safe and enjoyable environment for children ages 1–12.

Guests ages 13 and older are welcome to enter the facility as non-participating visitors and will be charged the standard adult admission fee of $5 + HST.

Yes. The Real Play Co. is a supervised-play environment, not a drop-off facility. A responsible adult must stay on site and actively supervise the children in their care for the whole visit.

Of course. One accompanying adult is included free with each child's admission, whoever that adult is. Each additional adult is $5.

Tutoring is for Junior Kindergarten to Grade 6.

Monday to Sunday, 9AM – 8PM. We occasionally close for private events, so please check before you travel.

Booking ahead is the surest way to get the time you want, particularly at weekends and during school holidays.

Yes, walk-ins are always welcome.

Play is charged by the hour and every hour after the first is discounted, so a longer visit costs less per hour.

For everyone's safety and comfort, children must wear grip socks in the play areas. This rule supports safe play, cleanliness, and our insurance requirements. Children without grip socks cannot enter the play areas.

You're welcome to bring your own grip socks, though we cannot verify their grip or condition. If you forget a pair, grip socks are available for purchase on site for $5.99.

Adults must remove outdoor shoes before entering a play area. Bare feet are not permitted; adults must wear regular socks.

Our team manages the number of people on the play floor so it stays comfortable and safe.

A responsible adult must stay on site and actively supervise their children for the whole visit. One adult per child is included in the price of admission; each additional adult is $5.

We ask every visitor to help keep the space calm, kind and safe for the families around them.

As a courtesy to every family in the space, please do not visit if your child is unwell.

At The Real Play Co., keeping our space clean and safe is a priority. Our team follows cleaning procedures throughout the day, sanitizing play equipment, frequently touched surfaces, and shared areas. Each evening, we clean the entire facility so it's ready for another day of play.

Yes, you're welcome to take photos and videos during your visit. Please make reasonable efforts to avoid capturing other guests without their consent.

Yes. Every child aged 0–12 needs a signed waiver before playing. You can complete it during online booking to make check-in quicker when you arrive.

Any items left behind during play are safely collected by our team and added to our Lost & Found. You're welcome to drop by during open hours or to give us a call, we're happy to check for you!

No. Memberships are non-transferable and cannot be frozen or paused. They are also non-refundable and hold no cash value. If you would like to cancel your membership, a 30 day notice is required.

For individual play visits, you're welcome to bring packaged, nut-free snacks. For birthday parties, you may bring your own food and cake, as long as everything is nut-free. Please help us keep shared spaces tidy and be mindful of other families. The Real Play Co. is a nut-free indoor playground.

Yes! You're welcome to bring your own decorations. Please set them up during your two-hour party time and take them with you when you leave. Any decorations left behind will be discarded.

You can book online or send us an inquiry with your preferred date, time and headcount via our party inquiry form. An inquiry does not hold a date; we will confirm availability and next steps.

Daily homework assistance including all subject areas. We also create personalized plans for each individual child and their needs.

Junior Kindergarten to Grade 6. Our hours for tutoring are Monday–Friday from 4PM to 8PM.

$39 per student, per hour, in a small group at a 3:1 student-to-teacher ratio.

Our camps, programs and tutoring are run by Ontario Certified Teachers.

We will be offering Winter camps, Spring camps, Summer camps & PA Day Camps.

Enrolment is limited to 10–15 children per camp session, staffed by two Ontario Certified Teachers.

A nut-free lunch, one additional nut-free snack and a reusable water bottle. We provide one juice box and one healthy, nut-free snack each day.

The Real Play Co. is a cashless environment. We accept debit, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

Cancel 7 or more days before your event: you'll receive a refund of 50% of your deposit. The remaining 50% can be applied as a credit toward a future booking within 12 months, subject to availability.

Cancel less than 7 days before your event: deposit payments are non-refundable, but any amount already paid can be applied as a credit toward a future booking within 12 months, subject to availability.

All cancellation and change requests must be submitted in writing to info@therealplayco.com. The Real Play Co. is not responsible for cancellations, fees, or lost deposits involving outside vendors.

Yes. A $200 deposit is required to book a Classic, Signature or Premium party package, and a $500 deposit is required to book a Private party package. Your date and time are confirmed once the deposit is paid.

14 or more days before camp: receive a full refund minus a $25 administration fee, or transfer to another available camp week at no charge.

7–13 days before camp: receive a 50% refund and a credit for the remaining 50%, valid for 12 months — you may also transfer the credit to another available camp week.

Less than 7 days before camp: payments are non-refundable, though transfers or credits may be offered if we can fill your child's spot.

There are no refunds or credits for missed camp days. If The Real Play Co. cancels a camp, you can choose a full refund or a transfer.

No. Memberships are non-refundable and hold no cash value. You will need to notify us 30 days prior to cancel a membership.

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice and no-shows will be charged the full $39 session fee. Exceptions may be made for illness or emergencies.

Final Sale: All general admission tickets and play passes purchased online or at The Real Play Co. are final sale and non-refundable.

No Transfers or Exchanges: Tickets and play passes cannot be transferred, exchanged, or credited once they have been purchased, used or the scheduled play session has begun.
